Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  6. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  8. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  10. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
