Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester with strong hands-on experience in Health Insurance, SQL, and Mobile Application Testing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the software testing lifecycle and experience in testing insurance applications and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases. Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications. Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing. Perform mobile application testing across different devices, operating systems, screen sizes, and network conditions. Test healthcare/health insurance workflows including policy, claims, customer, and related processes. Validate application functionality against business and technical requirements. Write, execute, and maintain test cases and test data. Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools. Perform database validation using SQL queries. Verify data integrity and backend transactions between applications and databases. Participate in defect triage and work closely with developers and business teams for issue resolution. Perform regression testing after bug fixes and application enhancements. Support UAT and production validation activities as required. Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders. Ensure quality standards and testing processes are followed throughout the SDLC. Required Skills 3 years of experience in Manual Testing. Strong experience in Health Insurance / Insurance domain. Hands-on experience in Mobile Application Testing. Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation and backend testing. Good understanding of STLC and SDLC. Experience in writing test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports. Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing. Experience with defect management and tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Good understanding of API testing will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills.
