Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Microservices, ReactJS, and Redux. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications while working in a collaborative Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot. Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot. Implement business logic using Spring MVC and Spring Data JPA. Design and develop database interactions using JPA/Hibernate. Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using ReactJS. Manage application state effectively using Redux. Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs and microservices. Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code. Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Work closely with QA, DevOps, business analysts, and other development teams. Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint deliverables. Required Skills 3+ years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Java 21. Excellent knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA. Strong experience developing Microservices and REST APIs. Good understanding of JPA/Hibernate and relational databases. Hands-on experience with ReactJS and Redux. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design principles. Experience with Git/version control systems. Good debugging and problem-solving skills. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
