 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, JPA, Redis, and relational databases.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Java 8 and Spring Boot.
Develop and maintain scalable Microservices architecture.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external applications.
Work with Spring Data JPA for database interaction and ORM.
Develop event-driven applications and integrations using Apache Kafka.
Work extensively with Relational Databases, including database design, queries, and optimization.
Implement caching solutions using Redis.
Analyze technical requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
Follow coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
