Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Guidewire (GW) Developer with 4–6 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Guidewire data model, advanced SQL scripting, and the ability to develop complex business reports across PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC). Experience with Snowflake is essential. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data extraction, validation, and reporting. Design and create complex SQL queries to generate business reports across Guidewire applications. Work extensively with the Guidewire data model, including PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC). Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient reporting and data solutions. Integrate Guidewire data with Snowflake for analytics and reporting. Optimize SQL queries and database performance. Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Support production issues related to Guidewire reporting and database operations. Follow coding standards, best practices, and Agile development methodologies. Required Skills 4–6 years of experience in Guidewire development. Strong knowledge of the Guidewire data model. Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and SQL scripts. Hands-on experience with: PolicyCenter (PC) BillingCenter (BC) ClaimCenter (CC) Experience with Snowflake. Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts. Experience in report generation and business data analysis. Knowledge of query optimization and database performance tuning. Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
