Core Responsibilities Product Promotion: Detail clinical benefits, side effects, and usage of ophthalmic medications (e.g., glaucoma drops, dry eye treatments) Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks with eye specialists, hospital procurement teams, and clinic administrators in your designated territory. Sales & Target Achievement: Identify potential leads, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly regional sales quotas. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product adoption rates within the eye-care market. Educational Support: Organize Continuous Medical Education (CME) seminars, product launches, and doctor training sessions to drive product awareness.
