JD :

 7+ years of experience in Network Security, with strong hands-on expertise in Proxy, Firewall, and Secure Web Gateway technologies
Manage and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments for secure user access
Design and implement Zscaler solutions, including traffic forwarding and Zero Trust access setup
Configure security policies like URL filtering, SSL inspection, firewall, and DLP
Handle implementation and integration of Zscaler with IAM tools and other network/security tools
Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, authentication, and application access
Monitor logs and performance to identify threats and improve user experience, and provide L2/L3 support
