 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Microservices, and databases, along with experience in React or Angular. Candidates with exposure to both React and Angular will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of developers.
Design and implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Develop secure applications using Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, and authentication/authorization best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and technology evaluations.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Java (Java 8/11/17+)
Expertise in Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with Spring Security
Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs
Good knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
Strong SQL writing and database optimization skills
Experience with Git and CI/CD practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Frontend Skills
Experience with React.js or Angular
Knowledge of component-based architecture, REST API integration, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with both React and Angular is a strong advantage
