We didn't start as an IT-only firm. Over 22 years, we've recruited for pharmaceutical companies validating clinical hires, banks building out operations teams, and FMCG businesses scaling distribution and sales forces. That range taught us how different industries actually evaluate talent — what a hiring manager means by "culture fit," and what a candidate means by "growth."
